             Honest Home's workforce is organized into three areas; sales and design, project management and construction, and general and administration.

             Sales and Design resources consult with clients to understand clients' projects, goals and objectives, develops designs and project plans. Project Management and Construction resources plan, manage and perform the work as designed and planned. General and Administration resources provides administrative and management services of the business and clients' projects.

             Honest Home employs employees, independent contractors, as well as, interns to serve our customers as a project resource team. Honest Home is seeking the following workforce resource(s):

Workforce Resources

          Showroom Associate

Manage day-to-day showroom activities with a focus on supporting customers to assess their needs and provide assistance, as well as, performing a variety of duties including; customer sales and support, administrative, product management, vendor and contractor support, and logistics. Job Description

          Framing Carpenter

Construct the framework of buildings and other structures according to construction plans. General responsibilities include using plumb bobs and levels to ensure that structures are exactly vertical or horizontal, constructing window and door frames as well as staircases and flooring, and installing temporary supports for structures as required. Also, be able to hang drywall over the completed framework.

          Drywall Installer

Install wallboard to ceilings or to interior walls of buildings and apply plaster and finish. General responsibilities include fasten drywall panels to the inside framework of building, prepare panels for painting by taping or finishing joints, smooth out imperfections, measure, cut, fit, and fasten panels, prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets, air-conditioning units, and plumbing, screw panels to wood or metal framework, use a lift to place ceiling panels, fill joints in-between panels with spackle, use trowels to spread spackle, press paper tape into compound.

           Interior Designer-Intern Support projects with all aspects of project design work including conceptual, design development and construction documentation. Projects will consist of conceptual thru schematic design including, but not limited to: obtaining quotes, design materials, floors plans, and producing project specifications. Create floor plans, elevations, and other detailed plans using Revit, SketchUp and other architectural design software applications. Create cabinet design using cabinetry design software applications. Organize, update and file client documents, prepare transmittals, packaging and mailing and coordination of samples and correspondence. Organize and maintain electronic documents.
